Embeded Devices

Considering the diverse applications of wireless sensor networks in the fields of research, industry, agriculture, education, we designed and developed a series of embedded devices, named EASINet nodes. Currently we have developed five categories of nodes for the following applications: environment monitoring, coal mining safety, intelligent transportation system and remote medical care.

Future Directions

We are working on developing the smaller and smarter nodes. We also pay our attention to the computational performance and energy supply of the nodes. Solar battery is adopted and is under testing for prolonging the lifetime of the nodes.
